About Us

Jamey Coleman, a graduate of the University of Georgia, embarked on his journey in the field of land surveying in 1992. With dedication and hard work, he earned his Georgia survey license in 1999 and became registered as a Professional Land Surveyor in Alabama in 2007 and in North Carolina in 2010. Jamey also was a key founding partner of a respected, regional, survey firm where he served as Chief Operating Officer for 21 years. Though he sold his ownership in 2021, he continues to contribute as a mentor and advisor, drawing from years of invaluable experience.

Throughout his career, Jamey has gained extensive expertise across the various domains of land surveying. His skillset includes boundary analysis, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, topographic surveys, as-built surveys, floodplain surveys, alcohol compliance surveys, combination surveys, specimen tree surveys, and final plats.

At the beginning of 2023, Jamey embraced a new life chapter by establishing a survey company in his resident county, Gilmer, Georgia. His son, Bo, joins him part-time while simultaneously pursuing a Bachelor of Forestry at the University of Georgia and his own Georgia survey license. This father-son collaboration ensures a legacy of expertise, diligence, and dedication to the field.
